Cookie notice
Draft for Lavylites’ approval. Written by the Academy’s developers from what the Academy does, not legal advice. Text in square brackets is for Lavylites to complete or confirm before publishing.
The Academy uses only the cookies it needs to work: one keeps your session, one protects its forms. It sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so it doesn’t ask for your consent to cookies.
- Usage statistics are counted on the Academy’s server, without cookies (see the privacy notice).
- Your session itself is kept on the server: it holds your IP address and browser for security, your language, the last page you visited and your last search. The server deletes it some time after the session cookie has expired.
- On items with a video, your browser loads the video player of Bunny.net. [To be confirmed before publishing: that the player stores no cookies or similar data in your browser.]
- Lavylites staff who sign in to the admin can choose to stay signed in, which sets one more cookie in their browser. Partners never get it.
You can delete the cookies in your browser’s settings at any time; you are then signed out.
